BIOGRAPHY

Prior to founding Doğan Ocak Law Firm, Gül Doğan Ocak worked in one of the leading law offices in İstanbul and provided legal consultancy for many reputable national and international companies in various areas such as media, real estate, energy and construction.

She has been involved in wide variety of cross-border legal transactions, projects and the establishment of new companies and businesses covering a broad spectrum of industries. She has gained extensive experience in the fields of Commercial and Corporate Law as well as Construction Law and she provided legal consultancy to both local and foreign companies on all sorts of legal issues. She assisted the clients on the merits of Turkish Law by conducting legal researches and legal due diligence examinations and identified the legal risks in such areas.

She has also developed expertise on establishing, negotiating and drafting various legal documents and following up the contract management processes predominantly in complex contracts.
